The Winery stretches for 170 hectares  of vineyards where different local types of wine are produced, e.g. red peduncle Refosco, Friulano, Pignolo, Ribolla Gialla or Verduzzo, but also international grapes are cultivated: Merlot, Pinot Grigio, Chardonnay and Cabernet.
Anselmi is one of the biggest winery in the area for the production and bottling of sparkling Prosecco DOC Spumante in Friuli-Venezia Giulia.
